General Furnace Inspection

1. C.O. Test- done to check for carbon monoxide leaks
2. Check filter condition(replace if needed,cost of filter extra)
3. Inspect motor, lubricate when possible**
4. Check belts where applicable
5. Inspect bearings, motor and squirrel cage**
6. Inspect pilot flame & pilot assembly, clean when necessary
7. Inspect burner flame air fuel mixture.
8. General gas line check for leaks from fireplace gas cock to gas valve
9. General cleaning of cabinet area
10. Inspect condition of 24 volt & 110 volt wiring connections
11. Check that thermostat is correct voltage for furnace, and operation
12. Inspect condition of igniter on electronic ignition modules (replacement extra)
13. Cycle unit and final inspection of overall unit

**Motors, bearings and belts may look, sound and feel good at time of inspection, but are not guaranteed to be free of defect due to nature of the product.
